SHIPPING RATES

We provide UPS delivery for all orders above £100 in the UK. All shipments are processed for delivery after complete payment. Paid for Delivery charges are competitively priced via UPS current pricing tarifs based on weight of items. All Shipping is delivered using SIGNED for RECORDED DELIVERY.

Prices quoted are for Standard Service and may not include insurance to cover damage or loss.

SHIPPING METHODS

We sometimes will use Royal Mail for small Internal UK Deliveries but mostly use UPS for larger orders. We try to make sure that all products are delivered safely by way of ONLINE TRACKING and strong communication. We provide customer TRACKING ID through Email and on your Profile page in the Orders section – clicking the tracking ID will take you to the shipping portal and you will see the status of your delivery. We aim to ensure that your items are delivered to you in excellent condition.

All delivery services used to deliver packages to our customers require a signature upon delivery. All deliveries are tracked and require signature upon receipt. If an order is made before 1 PM it has a greater chance of being delivered the very next day, though we cannot guarantee this. If you require next day delivery please ensure you have made the correct payment and have informed us of your payment.

We provide tracking for all items we dispatch. You can see the status of your order on your account page.

Once shipped the tracking number will appear in your orders in the account page and clicking on the tracking number from your account page will display the status of your delivery.
